  • I like watching the cutscenes :[ but i cant find any other rugrats search for raptar isos. o well :] i remeber them from long time ago when i played it xD i miss the rugrats too. every thing change sinc i was little.

  • Game has cutscenes. If your using Epsxe its just a bug in 1.7.0 use 1.6.0 if you want cutscenes. Its kind of strange the cutscenes start for 3 seconds on my system with 1.7.0 then its like skipped and the game continues.
